EXPLORER AND SUPPORTER PLANS
1. Membership Overview
Dartmoor Partner offers two membership plans: Explorer Plan (£18.95/year) and Supporter Plan (£25/year). SEE HERE FOR HOSPITALITY. Both provide full access to 35 handpicked Dartmoor walking routes, featuring step-by-step guidance, What3Words locations, and extended route options. The Supporter Plan includes additional perks such as early access to new features and insider updates.
2. Payment & Subscription

Memberships are billed annually and provide 12 months of unlimited access from the date of purchase.

Payments are securely processed via our website at the time of subscription.

There are no VAT charges, as Dartmoor Partner is not VAT registered. Any price adjustments will only apply to new renewals.
3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds on any auto-renewal payment once it has been processed. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

You can cancel at any time via your account settings. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time on your membership.

If your membership is cancelled, you will lose access to all premium content when your subscription period ends.
4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our memberships, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If you experience issues with your membership, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any concerns.
5. Account Usage & Fair Access

Memberships are for individual use only and should not be shared or transferred. As a small, independent business, we rely on the trust and support of good people like you to help us continue creating and maintaining this resource for everyone who loves Dartmoor.

All photography, maps, and assets provided within the membership are owned by Dartmoor Partner and may not be copied, shared, or used for personal or commercial purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
6. Changes to the Service

Dartmoor Partner may introduce new routes, features, or updates throughout the year. Supporter Plan members will receive early access to these updates and insider insights before they are made available to all members.

While we aim to maintain uninterrupted access, occasional maintenance or improvements may require temporary downtime.

Any major service changes will be communicated to members in advance.

HOSPITALITY SUPPORTER PLANS
1. Membership Overview
The Dartmoor Partner Hospitality Partner Annual Plan ("the Plan") is designed for accommodation providers including hotels, inns, B&Bs, and campsites ("the Partner") who want to offer Dartmoor Partner content directly to their guests.
By joining the Plan, you agree to the following terms, which help protect the value of your membership and ensure a consistent, trusted experience for everyone involved.
2. Plan Details
There is one plan available currently:

Supporter Hospitality Partner (£250/year): provides full guest access to Dartmoor Partner’s family-friendly content, partner advertising, mentions within relevant content, inclusion in blogs and marketing materials, guided tour discounts, and charitable contributions to Dartmoor-based organisations.

The £250 fee is an introductory rate, valid until 1st August 2026 or until the end of your current annual term, whichever comes first. This rate may be subject to change upon renewal.

The plan runs for 12 months from the date of activation and is renewed annually unless cancelled before renewal.
3. Membership Access

Access to Dartmoor Partner content is strictly for guests staying at the Partner’s accommodation.

Login details must not be shared publicly, posted on social media, or distributed to anyone outside of your guest community.

Partners must not resell or redistribute Dartmoor Partner memberships or materials.
-
Any sharing of specific walks, routes, or location details publicly or on social media is not permitted.

Dartmoor Partner reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership immediately if we identify unusual activity, repeated login sharing, or misuse of content.

To keep access secure, we recommend resetting your password every few months so only current guests can log in.
4. Branding & Flyers

Dartmoor Partner will provide a digital flyer template featuring your unique QR code and guest login instructions.

The Partner is responsible for printing or displaying these flyers within guest areas such as rooms, check-in desks, or digital welcome books.

Any use of Dartmoor Partner branding or imagery must be approved in writing before use outside the provided materials.

Partners are responsible for notifying Dartmoor Partner of any changes to their business information, imagery, or branding if updates are required on their listings or content.
5. Visibility and Mentions

Dartmoor Partner reserves the right to select how and where Partners are featured in content, blogs, or social media.

Mentions are based on location relevance, guest fit, and brand alignment.

Supporter Partners may appear in seasonal blogs, newsletters, or campaigns at Dartmoor Partner’s discretion.
6. Payments and Renewal

Payment for the Supporter Plan must be received in full before activation.

Plans automatically renew each year unless written notice is given at least 14 days before renewal.

All prices are listed in GBP and are non-refundable once activated.
7. Content and Ownership

All Dartmoor Partner materials, imagery, and written content remain the intellectual property of Dartmoor Partner.

Partners are granted a non-transferable licence to use this content only for guest access during their active plan period.

Any misuse, unauthorised redistribution, or replication of content may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Charitable Donations

Dartmoor Partner donates 5% of all Supporter Plan turnover to Dartmoor-based charities each year.

Current partner charities include Moor Trees and the Dartmoor Preservation Association, with one additional rotating charity selected annually.

Donations are made once per year and publicly acknowledged where possible.
9. Liability and Disclaimer

Dartmoor Partner accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur during any activity promoted through our content.

All walks are self-guided and undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
-
Dartmoor Partner is not liable for environmental changes, closures, or access restrictions affecting any featured area.
10. Termination

Dartmoor Partner reserves the right to suspend or end a plan if:

The Partner breaches these Terms & Conditions.
-
Payment is not made or renewal is declined.
-
There is evidence of shared access, public posting of walk details, or unusual account activity.
-
The Partner’s actions negatively impact Dartmoor Partner’s reputation or community relationships.
