About:

The Old Inn

The Old Inn sits in Widecombe in the Moor, one of Dartmoor’s most familiar villages, surrounded by open views, granite tors and proper moorland atmosphere.

It is useful for a wide spread of route days, including Rippon Rifle Range, Bellever Wood, Holwell Lawn, Sousson’s Common and Bonehill to Chinkwell Tor. Widecombe works well as a natural pause point when a walk needs food, drinks and a bit of village life added in.

A classic central Dartmoor pub stop for family days around Widecombe and the surrounding tors.
