The Bull Inn

The Bull Inn sits at the top of Totnes, overlooking Rotherfold Square, and is an organic, ethical pub and hotel with a very clear way of doing things.

Food is cooked from scratch around seasonal, organic ingredients from carefully chosen suppliers, with vegetables taking a leading role alongside responsibly sourced meat and fish. The same thinking carries through the drinks list, bedrooms and wider running of the business, with sustainability treated as part of everyday operations rather than an add on.

There are nine individually designed bedrooms as well as a self catered apartment, so it works equally well for a meal in Totnes or as a base for a longer South Devon and Dartmoor stay. Dogs are welcome in the restaurant and in selected rooms.

For Dartmoor Partner families, The Bull is useful when a southern Dartmoor walk is being combined with Totnes, Dartington or a slower day around the River Dart.
